TOMA is Pirate Life Perth’s bold and intimate restaurant space.

‘Casual fine-dining’ is how we describe this confident affirmation to refined food, inside a working brewery. Head Chef Charlie Vargas has curated the TOMA menu to use local produce and feature a selection of premium offerings cooked on the kitchens custom built Parilla Woodfired grill.

TOMA's signature dish is "The TOMAhawk" – among other delightful prime cuts from local butcheries and farmers. Whether local WA seafood or meats aged in the brewery’s meat locker – there's always plenty for the non-meat diners too.

An impressive wine program boasts 120+ wines sourced from more than ten countries and a carefully curated exclusive restaurant cocktail list offering a bold, considered twist on iconic signature drinks.
