Old Bridge Cellars is back at Varnish on King for another stop on their tour, though this time with legendary Champagne house Charles Heidsieck.
For one night only, Amanda Aguilera, Charles Heidsieck Australian Brand Ambassador, joins us underground for an intimate journey through five of their exceptional Champagnes, sharing the stories, craftsmanship and distinctive house style behind every glass.
Alongside each pour, Chef Mari Hoff has created a cheese-led menu designed specifically to complement the Champagne, bringing out its texture, complexity and character.
This is far more than Champagne and a cheese board. It’s five carefully considered courses and an evening dedicated to the art of Champagne and cheese pairing.
